Gathering at Chinampa Cueyatl Cuicatl is designed for groups of up to ten guests who want to spend a relaxing morning or afternoon surrounded by nature, tradition, and authentic Mexican cuisine.

Your experience begins at the meeting point, where you’ll walk to the dock before boarding a private trajinera or canoe. From there, you’ll navigate through the peaceful canals of the Laguna del Toro Ecological Reserve until you arrive at Chinampa Cueyatl Cuicatl, a tranquil destination surrounded by gardens, trees, and a natural atmosphere far from the busy tourist areas of traditional Xochimilco.

Upon arrival, your group will have a reserved table under a covered outdoor dining area, where our team will prepare your meal fresh on-site using quality ingredients. This gathering is designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace, allowing everyone to share a meal, spend quality time together, and appreciate the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Each reservation includes a meal prepared for sharing among the members of your group. Every package includes approximately 2.5 kilograms (5.5 lbs) of meat, with your choice of one of the following combinations:

100% Yecapixtla Cecina

• 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) of traditional Yecapixtla-style beef cecina.

Balanced Combination

• 1.25 kg (2.75 lbs) of natural cecina.
• 625 g (1.38 lbs) of marinated cecina.
• 625 g (1.38 lbs) of Mexican sausage (longaniza).

Light Combination

• 1.875 kg (4.13 lbs) of natural cecina.
• 625 g (1.38 lbs) of marinated cecina or Mexican sausage.

All packages include:

• Fresh avocado.
• Grilled nopales (cactus paddles).
• Caramelized onions.
• Handmade tortillas.
• Red or green salsa.
• Fresh limes.

After your meal, you’ll have free time to explore the shared areas of Chinampa Cueyatl Cuicatl, visit the scenic viewpoint overlooking Laguna del Toro, relax in the gardens, enjoy the children’s playground, or simply unwind in nature before returning to the dock.
