Our kayaks are equipped with state-of-the-art anti-capsizing and anti-puncture systems, ensuring your safety throughout the adventure. No prior kayaking experience is needed; just bring your enthusiasm and a spirit of discovery! The tour includes a life jacket, paddles, and a friendly, knowledgeable guide who will share insights about the rich history and vibrant ecosystem of Xochimilco.

  • Daytime (start 1:30 pm): Paddle under the warm midday sun and experience the vibrant daytime life of Xochimilco, with a clear view of the canals and their rich flora and fauna.

Itinerary

15 minutes before the appointment: Meeting point at Olmos #135, Ampl San Marcos Norte, CP 16038, Xochimilco, CDMX, Mexico. Here you can park your vehicle (bicycle, motorcycle, car, etc.).

Appointment time: We will walk to the “San Marcos Norte” pier, where you will receive your life jacket, paddles, instructions and you will board.

Start time: The tour begins to explore Xochimilco.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner in chinampa next to Laguna del Toro: Enjoy a meal next to the lagoon, surrounded by natural beauty.

3 hours after the start: Return to the “San Marcos Norte” pier, disembarkation and return of life jackets and paddles. End of the tour.

You can book up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Your spot is guaranteed if you pay the full amount or deposit 50%. If you do not secure your spot with a 50% deposit, another customer may take your place.

What if I cancel less than 24 hours in advance?

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, you can reschedule to another available time slot. No refunds are given.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If bad weather prevents the tour, it will be rescheduled to a later date.

If it rains during the tour, will the tour continue?

The tour will continue even if it rains. We will provide additional information to help you prepare accordingly.

Can children participate?

Yes, children aged 4 and older can participate.

Do I need prior kayaking experience?

No, our guides will provide basic instructions before the tour.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, insect repellent for the evening, sunscreen for the day, and a bottle of water.
